Guide to ... : COMPENSATION 'ORDINARY OF UNEMPLOYMENT WITH REDUCED REQUIREMENTS: DEADLINE 31 March
Ordinary allowance of unemployment with reduced requirements. Deadline for submission: March 31, 2009
The permanent staff of the school (teacher and ATA) may - by Tuesday, March 31, 2009 - to the competent territorial offices of the National Social Security Institute (INPS) the application for the '"unemployment benefit with reduced requirements."
Consult and "download" from sottoevidenziati "links" (edited by the Secretariat of the National School ICFTU):
- a tab on the above unemployment benefits;
- a similar sheet relative to '"unemployment benefit requirements with ordinary" (published, for completeness of information). The question on this allowance may be made by those concerned, always INPS, within 68 days of dismissal or termination of employment.
In order to perform practical (and any doubt / clarification on the matter), please contact the regional headquarters of the ICFTU School closest to you.

Necessary forms to apply for "unemployment benefit with reduced requirements":
- Model " DS 21 ": the" demand model ", by the worker (on the original machine-readable);
- Model " DL 86/88 a "statement by the employer (also copy);
- Model " ANF / PREST "model for the use of the check for the family (to be completed when applicable);
- Model " DEDUCTIONS "model on the right to tax deductions (to be completed when applicable).
Necessary forms to apply for "unemployment benefits with the ordinary requirements":
- Model " DS 21 ": the" demand model ", by the worker (on the original machine-readable);
- Model " DS 22 ": statement by the employer (also copy). Alternatively, you can submit a "substitute statement" in which self-certify the data for the last employment (on the appropriate model " autocertif.DSO ");
- Model " ANF / PREST "model of use of the check for the family (to be completed when applicable);
- Model " DEDUCTIONS "model on the right to tax deductions (to be completed when applicable).
